Member Reservations

REMINDER: When you reach the payment section, enter your Certificate Code (found at the bottom of the confirmation email “receipt” you received when you purchased your membership) in the “Coupon/Promo Code” box. As long as your membership is still valid (meaning not yet expired), you will not be charged for your reservation.

Common Issues to look out for:

1) Typos: Make sure you enter your name, email address, and code accurately! If any of these are inaccurate, our system won’t recognize you.

2) Email addresses: Make sure you enter the same email address you used when you purchased your membership.

3) Make sure your membership hasn’t expired!
