• his feathered friend, BeeBee! (and the occasional peanut)

• Dancing!

• Yelling “HI!” at his favorite humans….and then trying to feed them.

Dislikes:

• when ANYONE gets to go outside or get a treat before he does

Ruby came to Free Flight all the way from Alaska in July 2024 when his aging human companions made the difficult yet responsible decision to find him a safe and loving place to go before they found themselves unable to care for him any longer. He is a chatty character who loves to say “Hi!” and “Hello!” and enjoys listening to music and watching TV. Since arriving at our sanctuary, he has quickly taught us that he enjoys the company of his feathered neighbor “Beebee,” but absolutely can’t stand the thought of anybirdy (or human) receiving attention or treats before him!
