Free Flight Presentations & events
Update (Sept 2024): We are only able to accommodate tours, presentations, and special events on Fridays and Sundays.
On-site:
30 Minute Guided Tour (Fridays or Sundays only,11am or 2:30pm)- $160
Admission for 4 people (additional guests may join for $12 each)
includes fresh produce to feed the flock!
(maximum of 35 persons per tour)
On-site use of tables - $150/ hour plus $10/person
Includes a brief introduction to Free Flight at beginning, including rules and how to feed the birds
includes fresh produce to feed the birds
Guests must supply own decorations (Free Flight is not responsible for tablecloths, etc.) and are responsible for clean-up. *No balloons permitted. (They scare the birds).
Additional $100/hr cost if you’d like to have the entire sanctuary to yourself during your event
Off-site:
Private Events (Birthday Parties, etc.) - $250/ hour
Includes 1-2 staff members with 3-6 birds
Features guest engagement, but no presentation
Presentations - $225/ hour or $175/ half hour
Includes 1-2 staff members with 1-3 birds; Presentation + Q&A session
Presentation topics can vary based on needs of event to include information about Free Flight, parrot husbandry, mental and behavioral requirements of companion parrots, avian natural history, conservation issues, etc.
Non-profit organizations are eligible for discount ($150/hour or $75/half hour)
Travel fees:
Within 10 miles - No charge
10+ miles away - $25
25+ miles away - $50
